The advanced Xterra ERG600W water rowing machine provides an unparalleled full-body workout for users of all fitness levels. The water rowing system creates a smooth and steady rowing experience with every stroke while providing the opportunity to completely control resistance. The variable water volume adjusts resistance based on speed (fasterrowaing creates higher resistance).
The ERG600W's performance monitor is angle-adjustable and clearly displays time, distance, strokes, total strokes, calories, pulse, strokes per minute (SPM), time/500 m. It also features a smooth action aluminum rail system, convenient fold up design, industrial strength handle strap and flex pedals with easy adjustment for an exercise experience second to none.
